I’m John Brennan, a Certified Business and Executive Coach and the founder of BizTack Business & Executive Coaching. After nearly four decades leading sales and business development teams for global organizations like Visa, Dun & Bradstreet, TransUnion, and First Data, I decided to shift my focus to something more personal — helping business owners and leaders find clarity, build stronger organizations, and achieve balance between success and fulfillment.
Coaching allows me to combine the strategic thinking and operational discipline I’ve developed throughout my career with my passion for helping others reach their potential. Every client I work with is on a journey — and my role is to help them navigate it with confidence, direction, and measurable results.

I bring more than 38 years of business leadership experience, including senior roles at Visa, Western Union, TransUnion, and First Data. I am a Certified Business and Executive Coach, experienced in guiding leaders across industries including professional services, law, home contractors, and healthcare. My background in corporate strategy, client relationship management, and executive leadership enables me to coach with both empathy and precision — understanding the challenges of growth from the inside out.
